waste removal, rubbish clearance, property clearance, and related services.

garage clearance, property clearance, and other related clearance services.

All services are subject to access, availability, safety, and confirmation that the waste
or items are suitable for collection and disposal.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Any quote provided is based on the information available at the time, including the type,
quantity, weight, access, and condition of the waste or items to be removed.

If the actual collection differs materially from what was described, the final price may change.
Where reasonably possible, we will aim to make this clear before proceeding.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Information provided about the job is accurate
• Safe and suitable access is available at the agreed time
• Any heavy, bulky, hazardous, or unusual materials are disclosed in advance
• Items presented for collection are lawful to remove and dispose of

5. Restricted or Hazardous Waste

We reserve the right to refuse collection of hazardous, dangerous, illegal, unsafe,
or undisclosed materials.

If you are unsure whether a particular item or material can be collected,
please contact us before booking.

6. Waste Disposal

Waste collected through our services is handled responsibly and taken through appropriate
disposal, transfer, recycling, or licensed waste routes where applicable.

7. Bookings and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or rearrange a booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to charge reasonably for wasted journeys, booked labour,
or time lost where cancellations occur at short notice.

8. Payment

Payment terms will be agreed before or at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed,
payment is due on completion of the work.

9. Delays and Access Issues

We are not responsible for delays, incomplete work, or additional costs arising from
restricted access, inaccurate job information, unsafe working conditions, undisclosed materials,
or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Liability

We take reasonable care when providing our services. However, we are not liable for losses,
delays, or costs caused by inaccurate information, unsafe conditions, access restrictions,
or matters outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
